If our product should have any malfunction, after meticulous assembly using assembly instruction or after a correct running-in with a vehicle in good conditions and not associated to products different to originals or Pinasco’s, you will able to contact our Customer Care at +39049767472 to explain the problem with your mechanic.

After some phone calls if it’s necessary send the object to us for a technical control, you have to observe these rules: the store where you bought the product will manage shipment, by inserting sales receipt and the MRM form (download it from the web-site). In this way the technical assistance will be able to control the index of defectiveness and get back to production batch.

In case of you prefer send the product independently, after had contacted the company by mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., you have to download the MRM form from the web-site, complete and send it with the product and the sales receipt.

MRM FORMS NOT ENTIRELY COMPLETED OR DEVOID OF SALES RECIPT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

In case of the warranty will be accepted, we will replace only the defective part, which will be held by us. The warranty doesn’t cover sabotaged products. The warranty cover only defective parts that we recognise as such for producing mistakes or other and it doesn’t cover accidental damage.

We are not responsible of inappropriate use of our products. All Pinasco products are made only for racing use, they must be considered unlike ones that are made for normal road use and they can’t submit to law and traffic regulations of the countries where they are sold.

Pinasco products destined to competition use and often used with other brands components, for this reason are excluded from every type of warranty.
